About Akash Winery

A dream of his father’s, Akash Patel built the winery with his parents while he was still a college student. They chose the perfect location for appreciating the valley’s views, it’s perfectly perched at the center of their 20-acre vineyard. Akash feels like part winery and part lifestyle brand. They have recurring weekly happenings like Taco Tuesdays, “Vino and Vibes,” and regularly scheduled wellness classes. Weekends also bring later hours, so the winery patio, with its lounge seating and steal and glass fire pits, takes on a resort vibe.

The winery focuses on small-lot Bordeaux varietals, blends and craft beer. Guests can enjoy their wine tastings in the warehouse-style tasting room or on the large outdoor patio, where they have live music or a DJ most weekends. There’s no restaurant, but charcuterie trays are available for purchase and there is a wood-fired pizza vendor on site Fridays through Sundays.
