About Julie’s Dream Winery

The dream was initially Julie’s late father’s dream. He was a real estate developer with an expertise in hospitality, and grew interested in creating an experience of his own. Julie has been in Temecula since the late 1990s, and together they conceived the winery, which opened in 2023. The tasting room displays their combined passion for fishing, with their prize catches displayed proudly on the walls.

The winery focuses on French varietals. The medium-bodied 2020 Grenache and 2019 Cabernet Sauvignons are standouts on their tasting menu. Marshall Stuart is their current winemaker.

The tasting room sits at the base of their 25-acre vineyard. It is small for Temecula, but attractive with a wrap-around standing bar for guests. Outside, there are spacious patios in the front and rear of the tasting room, and on weekends, the winery brings in live music and food trucks.
